Early Childhood Development
Established in 1977 as the Calgary Immigrant Aid Society, we are now one of Alberta’s longest serving and most comprehensive settlement agencies. We provide assistance and first language support to immigrants and refugee populations in over 140 languages.
For families going through the stress and trauma of being homeless or who are at imminent risk of homelessness, we offer emergency shelter and the programs and supports required so they can begin to stabilize and rebuild their lives.
We believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. We provide support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport.

We develop and produce exceptional adventures in theatre for youth; empowering kids by putting them and their ideas centre stage. We help young people learn to work together, building self-confidence and enhancing communication skills while engaging in issues faced by their communities.
