artsPlace is a vibrant community arts centre where people of all ages and abilities gather to discover, explore, and celebrate the arts through classes, camps, exhibitions, live performances, and community events. We take our role as a community arts centre to heart, helping artists of all ages and abilities uncover their creative potential, explore their passions, and share their talents with the people they care about.

We believe the arts are for everyone. The Discover Art Fund helps ensure every member of the Bow Valley community has access to arts programming, regardless of their financial means. From subsidies for low-income individuals to free programs and events, this fund helps make arts and creativity more accessible to all.

Indigenous Connections

Rooted in artsPlace’s commitment to reconciliation, the Indigenous Connections fund creates opportunities for cultural sharing, learning, and connection through Indigenous-led programming. Support in this area helps artsPlace work with Indigenous artists, educators, and knowledge keepers to offer meaningful experiences that deepen understanding and strengthen community through the arts.
