TELUS Spark Science Centre (Spark) is a registered educational charity dedicated to uplifting individuals through the power of curiosity. As a non-profit science centre, our purpose is clear: to ignite curiosity, which is the foundation of learning, discovery, and innovation. The science centre is certified by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program, setting a high standard for green construction and sustainable operations. We proudly house the largest dome theatre in Western Canada, a cutting-edge Digital Immersion Gallery, and constantly evolving exhibits designed to keep Calgary curious. 

Our education programs empower learners to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM), with signature initiatives like Operation Minerva (helping young girls and gender-diverse youth see a future in STEAM fields), and BLUprint (introducing youth to skilled trades and hands-on learning opportunities). These programs inspire the next generation of innovators and leaders, particularly in underrepresented fields.
