We’re currently engaged in an organizational restructuring, which centres equity, diversity, inclusion and access.

Some priorities include:
– Adopting or developing new policies and procedures to guide our work
– Centring care for our staff, volunteers and artists
– Build a solid organizational foundation from which we can generate productive discomfort in our art, to challenge problematic aspects of the status quo
