Bagged lunches are made for the working homeless who are unable to provide a lunch of their own. We work with shelters, and various programs, to identify the need and to ensure the working homeless population get the nutrition they require to go to work and to medical appointments. The Sandwich Foundation is “Building Brighter Futures In Every Bag”.

Transparency: We want to be honest and open to with the world, through Our Mission, Our Vision, and Our Goal.The Sandwich Foundation is a volunteer based grassroots organization. Through the hard work of our volunteers, we make sandwiches at various locations within the city of Calgary and in neighboring towns like Canmore, at Churches, company offices, schools and community centers. Students, adults, youth groups and different club members part take in our sandwich making sessions to prepare peanut butter and/or meat sandwiches for the bagged nutritious lunches.
Since inception…
We are hoping that with your financial contribution we are able to make and serve over 420,000 Sandwich Bagged Lunches to many of OUR city’s shelters that require them support. This is where your money will be able to make the world of difference to impacting the homeless in OUR community to end their struggle on the streets to END HOMELESSNESS.
The monetary funds donated by your generous contribution allow us to purchase supplies needed to make the sandwiches that are prepared by individuals, adult groups, school communities, children and youth programs, and corporate/ local businesses using supplies paid for by the generous donations of our community.
