Canadian Red Cross – Hurricane Fiona in Canada Appeal – Sept. 24, 2022, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the federal government will match any donations to the Canadian Red Cross made by Canadians and corporations over the next 30 days.

We Rise Again Fund – Facilitated by the Community Foundation of Nova Scotia, in partnership with Rural Communities Foundation of Nova Scotia, Ulnooweg Indigenous Communities Foundation and Rotary in Nova Scotia, the We Rise Again Fund is intended for long-term recovery efforts, providing funders, both local and from away, with the knowledge and comfort that their contributions will support projects as identified by local communities when they are ready for rebuilding, months after emergency response.
