While international development pops up in headlines frequently, it’s hard to get a view of what is really going on all over the world and how international development projects and aid actually work.

This event will go through who the major actors are in international development, take you through how development work is carried out and show you what progress has been made and lost throughout the years. Take a closer look at international charities and other organizations and learn how they operate and see a few examples of the many Calgary organizations that are doing great work around the world.
