Recreation and conservation: how can recreation also support biodiversity? | Virtual talk

Outdoor recreation is a way for us to relax, recharge and connect with nature, and other people. With trails and other popular recreation areas getting busier, there’s also more pressure on landscapes and wildlife.

What are some steps we can take to better to protect the places we love to recreate in and explore?

In a joint event with the National Museum of Wildlife Art, hear from Alyssa Ravasio, founder and CEO of Hipcamp, who will discuss how collaborations, including with private land owners and recreationists, can be part of the decisions and planning that support healthy landscapes for generations to come.

This virtual event will take place on Monday, Dec. 12, 2022 at 6 p.m. Mountain Time. Free registration is required.
