The Salvation Army Community Services (Calgary) offers hope through supportive services to strengthen our community.
The Salvation Army not only provides the necessities of life such as food, clothing and shelter, but our programs address needs such as addictions, language barriers, loneliness, unemployment and family challenges. Our services continually adapt to meet emerging needs. Today we have a women’s shelter with women’s transitional housing opening in 2025, men’s shelter, men’s transitional housing, Life Skills programming, family programming, ESL classes, basic need support and an Outreach team to serve the homeless.
