For almost 50 years, Bow Cliff Seniors has been a lifeline for thousands of older adults. Bow Cliff is a place that champions the social, emotional and physical well-being of Seniors and celebrates aging and experience. Many Seniors in the Calgary community suffer from social isolation and it is our most important goal to combat that.
