Join us for this festive day. The Be YardSmart event is focussed on waterwise gardening! Need a rain barrel or advice on installing one? Green Calgary will be there for rain barrel pick-ups and sales. Want to know about hardy plants for your Calgary garden? Stop by the Society’s booth and pick up YardSmart design guides. There will be demonstrations, vendors, and exhibitors.

Demonstration Garden Opening
At 1:00 pm we’ll be officially launching our YardSmart Design—Garden Bed for Native Wildflowers demonstration garden. The designer will present a short talk about the garden design and the plants selected, and will take your questions about the garden.

Exhibitors
We are inviting our corporate and affiliate members and program partners to exhibit at the event. They will be selling products, services, and memberships, as well as sharing information.
