Think Spring! Growing Biodiversity

Think Spring! is back on Saturday, February 8, 2025 – our theme this year is Growing Biodiversity

Winter is time for reflection on your garden and this year we invite you to reflect on your garden’s biodiversity. As our city grows larger and yards become smaller, it is increasingly important for urban gardens, even patio and balcony gardens, to provide a variety of habitat for the animals in our urban ecosystem. To help us consider options for growing biodiversity in our gardens, this year’s Think Spring! topics include moths, birds, urban biodiversity, and alternative lawn plants.
