Our work

We are a community-driven bicycle swap that increases access to safe, affordable transportation while reducing waste and strengthening trust in bike ownership through processes, software, and bicycle safety checks.

Through large-scale swap events, we combine secure, software-supported verification processes to verify that no bike in our events is stolen. This approach helps reduce theft, improve transaction safety, and build confidence in second-hand bicycle markets. Our event support legitimate CAN-BIKE cycling education, which is the only nationally recognized and standardized program in Canada.

Donations directly support community access by helping us deliver bike swap events, expand secure verification systems, and provide bicycles to individuals and families who rely on them for transportation, employment, and daily life.

By supporting our work, you are helping create a more equitable, sustainable, and trusted cycling ecosystem where more people can move freely, confidently, and safely within their communities. Our goal in 2026 is to build the instructor database and reduce bike swap event bottlenecks.
