The Community Fund has grown from our Seasons of Hope initiative, expanding its reach while still ensuring immediate and long-term support for those who need it. Just like Seasons of Hope, the Community Fund helps vulnerable families year-round by providing vital resources in a time of urgent need. Support could take the form of rent subsidies, grocery gift cards, covering past-due bills, and more.
