The Family Advocates Canada (TFA Canada) is a registered charity dedicated to strengthening immigrant and multicultural families through culturally responsive education, prevention, and community engagement. We deliver relationship and marriage education workshops, family violence prevention initiatives, youth mentorship programs, and arts-based community events that promote healing and resilience. Our work addresses migration stress, intergenerational conflict, stigma around help-seeking, and relational breakdown before crises occur. By creating safe spaces for couples, children, youth, men, and women, we equip families with practical skills to communicate effectively, resolve conflict, and build healthy, thriving relationships that contribute to stronger, safer communities across Calgary and Alberta.
