Our caseworkers assist clients in navigating the legislated justice system in filing claims, complaints and appeals in a number of areas. These areas include:
• Employment Insurance (EI)
• Lost Wages (Emp. Standards)
• Workplace Injury (WCB)
• Human Rights
• CPP-Disability
• Short & Long-term Disability
• AISH

All our services are FREE and we are a registered charity. Your donation helps us assist more vulnerable workers access the rights and benefits they are entitled to.
$25 allows us to complete an intake for a new client.
$50 pays for our printing/phone costs for 1 caseworker a month.
$100 covers our internet costs for a month.
$1000 pays for a week of casework.
$5000 pays our rent for a month.

Donations are eligible for a tax receipt.
