Afghan Canadian Women for Global Corporation (ACWGC) Background / About Us: A group of women’s rights and human rights campaigners founded the Afghan Canadian Women for Global Corporation (ACWGC) on June 19, 2023, as an independent, grassroots, non-governmental, and non-profit organization. It is headquartered in Alberta, Canada, and its main office is located NE, Calgary, Alberta. Its goal is to increase the integration and participation of immigrant and refugee women in Calgary, particularly Afghan and Asian countries women from rural communities who may not have received enough education. This will allow them to become more culturally aware and aware of their rights and values, participate in socio-economic structures, and contribute to the creation of a prosperous society free from racial, linguistic, and gender discrimination, and human rights abuses, to secure a wealthy and respectable future. Goals For women to embrace the culture of Calgary’s diverse and pluralistic society, understand their rights and values, and participate in socio-economic structures, play their part in creating a prosperous society free from all forms of racial, linguistic, gender, and human rights discrimination, this corporation’s primary goal is to increase the participation and integration of immigrant and refugee women in Calgary, particularly Afghan women from rural communities who, in some cases, lack adequate education. Objectives 1. By holding awareness and educational programs in the areas of language education to establish social, cultural, and civil relations, legal awareness, adaptability to society, strengthening citizenship values, and fostering the spirit of voluntary work, we can raise the level of awareness of refugee and immigrant women and girls in various cultural, social, and legal fields, promoting peaceful living and preventing themselves and other community members, and making it easier for them to integrate into society;
