The ACTWS connects wildlife professionals across Alberta to empower science-based decision pertaining to wildlife and habitat management. We were forced to cancel our annual March conference, thus incurring unforeseen expenses. Our members now lack a forum to share and discuss their important work. Our new webinar series is showing higher popularity than anticipated and we need to upgrade our software. We also want to launch an online discussion forum for our members to mingle and discuss emerging issues virtually. Using technology, we will continue sharing and discussing wildlife research. Our essential work brings wildlife professionals together to share science and resulting recommendations, which directly benefits Alberta’s wildlife and their habitats.
