L’Arche Calgary is a welcoming community where people with and without intellectual disabilities live and grow together. Our mission is to celebrate the gifts of each person, fostering deep, transformative relationships that enrich our lives and strengthen our community. Here, we see every individual as a teacher, friend, and companion, each with unique value.

We support five homes and two programs, ensuring our Core Members have access to essentials like food, transportation, mental health care, and meaningful work. The arts are a vital part of our Day Program, helping our Core Members express themselves creatively. Our Assistants are key to providing this support, and we invest heavily in their training and well-being.

As we launch a critical capital campaign to rebuild three of our aging homes, your support is more vital than ever. These renovations will ensure our Core Members can continue living in safe, loving environments that truly feel like home.
