According to the ICTC’s Digital Talent Outlook 2025 report, Alberta’s IT industry is expected to employ 203,000 people by 2025, yet a survey by Digital Alberta found that 42% of tech companies identified finding skilled talent as their biggest obstacle to growth. NPower Canada provides employers in need of tech talent with a steady pipeline of custom-trained employment-ready talent.
