The North East SPCA operating as the Harry and Eve Vickar Shelter housing all animals in need. All our normal fundraising events have been cancelled due to Covid-19; and we find ourselves in a financial shortfall. Presently we are in danger of closing the shelter, and losing our staff of 2 full time employees. We require help in the area of operating expenses.
