WINS has been a beacon of trust and hope for Calgarians in need for over 30 years. Today, we operate six thrift stores, four community resource hubs, two programs centres and a nationwide online thrift shopping enterprise. With your donations, support and help, we positively impact the lives of over 14,000 Calgarians, and provide 22,255 services.

We provide essential resources to women and their families in the Calgary community who are facing adversity, disadvantages, homelessness and poverty. This includes barrier-free access to social supports, essential basic needs, clothing, household goods and employment services.

WINS sees the problem of disparity among women in Calgary; whether women are fleeing domestic violence, living in or leaving shelters, immigrants, refugees, or are simply in crisis. These women and their families often fall through the cracks, so we created programs tailored specifically for them.
