Can we talk about this question? Because truly, it’s one that still gets me. I can do great with it in conversation, when we really have time to dig in and talk about what info the donor *really* wants and why overhead isn’t a great measure of anything, but I still struggle with answering it in one line or a quick response.
What do you do? Does anyone have a quick answer that you feel great about? Please share!
