Our work
Synergy’s programs are highly inclusive and grounded in a “relationships first” philosophy. We prioritize positive peer connections, supportive relationships with adult mentors, and safe spaces where youth can express themselves, build confidence, and develop a strong sense of belonging.
At Synergy, we believe every young person deserves to feel connected, supported, and included. We create welcoming spaces and opportunities for youth and families in Chestermere, Langdon, and Southeast Rocky View County, with a particular focus on those who may face barriers or fall through the gaps in existing services.
We help youth develop social-emotional skills, life skills, leadership abilities, resilience, and healthy relationships, while preparing them for the realities of adulthood, education, and the workforce. Our approach supports the whole person (mind, body, and soul) helping young people build the confidence, skills, and connections they need to thrive.
Donations help us provide accessible youth programs, leadership and employment-readiness opportunities, mental health and counselling supports, recreation, and meaningful opportunities for connection and community involvement. We also support other nonprofits by helping with volunteer recruitment, training, and development, strengthening the capacity of organizations across our communities.
When you support Synergy, you help create safe spaces where people can connect, grow, and thrive while building stronger, healthier, more connected communities, one young person at a time.
