4. hire temporally teachers to support youth with learnings difficulties and mental health issues
5. recruiting art, music and sport teacher’s
6. recruiting specialized experts in : children with learnings difficulties, behaviors troubles, mental health
7. funding to develop trainings program for volunteers
8. staffing to improve: general manager and secretary
9. acquire one office ( rental)
