As the number of migrants to Canada continues to grow, the demand for support services for newcomers also rises. PROSDOMA must adapt to meet the increasing needs of immigrants and refugees. We are face significant challenges, particularly around the provision of services such as job search assistance, mental and physical health support, literacy programs, legal aid, and the administrative infrastructure needed to manage such services. This article outlines the essential material and equipment needs of PROSDOMA that supports the settlement of newcomers to Canada, with a focus on meeting the growing demands and overcoming the challenges of limited funding.

The need to increase and or replace some office materials and equipment to function effectively. As the number of clients rises, the physical resources needed to support them increase as well. We intend to acquire brand new printers and fax machines, buy more printing materials, recruit some staff to help in our office, meet up with bills payment as we have overdue payments. Purchase five new fast and effective desktop machines. Meet up with rental payment and even support the mental and physical health of migrant.
