Trico Centre for Family Wellness is a community-owned, not-for-profit health and wellness facility that promotes active kids, healthy families and vibrant seniors in partnership with our neighbouring communities.

We want to create more specialized spaces and classes that will serve a broader range of the population, and enhance their physical, mental, and social health. However, the cost of coordinating these special and unique programs has increased, and we need your help.

Updated studio spaces, new and inclusive programming options, and specialized adapted equipment will help to fulfill a need not only for people in south Calgary, but Trico Centre would be one of the very few facilities in the city – if not THE only facility – able to offer specific programs to people with certain disabilities.
